LITHUANIA
One of our longest standing production relationships is with our Lithuanian factory. Here we make both organic cotton and organic merino ranges. Over 50 years old, this factory uses green energy with every step of their production process carefully planned for minimal environmental impact. Vertically integrated, all processes are done on-site. Not only does this reduce the carbon footprint of moving materials around, but it affords complete quality control every step of the way - from fabric knitting and dyeing to cutting, sewing and labeling. They hold numerous social and environmental certificates including GOTS, Okeo-Tex, Bluesign and SA 8000.
BULGARIA
In Bulgaria we make our fully-fashioned knitwear and socks. Our factory has state-of-the-art knitwear machinery and a technical team who works with us to turn our knitwear designs into reality. Here we have a carbon efficient end-to-end service - from pattern, grading, finishing, sampling, production, labeling to packing. We knit both GOTS and Okeo-Tex wool.
Among the top priorities of the company are reducing waste and carbon footprint, contributing towards reducing the climate change impact. They are currently undergoing certification to become a B Corp - a business that balances both purpose and profit and who is legally required to consider the impact of their decisions on their workers, customers, suppliers, community and the environment.
INDIA
For many years we have made organic cotton garments in a family-owned apparel factory in Tirupur India. All steps of the production process happen in house. They are GOTS, Okeo-Tex and Sedex certified. Sedex is one of the world's leading ethical trade membership organizations, working with businesses to improve working conditions in global supply chains.
